Since October 2008\, he has led efforts to ensure the nation’s transportation infrastructure supports military readiness and deployment capabilities. \nMr. Zargan brings nearly three decades of military leadership experience as a U.S. Army Transportation Corps Officer\, retiring at the rank of Colonel in 2008 after 29 years of distinguished service. His expertise spans military logistics\, transportation systems engineering\, and defense infrastructure planning.
